Vitamin and Mineral Supplements May not provide health benefits

A study reported in THE INDEPENDENT, London, as carried in the TIMES OF INDIA dated June 5, 2018, gave out this shocking true fact.

The article by Ms Sarah Young is about the work of researchers from St Michael’s Hospital and the University of Toronto, published in the Journal of the American College of Cardialogy.

The study included vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 (niacin), B6, B9 (folic acid), C, D and E and minerals beta-carotene, calcium, iron, zink, magnesium and selenium.
